Watered down anything is unfair to put in there with PAC. A Prime EM would be interesting and could go either way with the very best PAC.....Soto at his best is nothing close to a prime EM or a present day PAC....but the kid is exciting and works well with the tools, skills and talent he has.

C'mon Fin....you gotta edge Juan...Diaz or Marquez for that matter. Well JMM definitely. Soto is a A level fighter maybe a B+....but for Sure Juan is a top player in his division.

I've always liked Humberto Soto. Very exciting fighter who's had bad luck since taking on Juan Guzman.

He's on the undercard of the Hatton/Pac fight so he'll get plenty of exposure.

lol you're overrating this guy like your overrating valero. Morales never loss to fighters soto has loss too. Morales only loss against the best of the best with the exception of the diaz fight.

humberto is a good boxer but against elite competition. I dont think he'll be able to hang with the likes of marquez and pacquiao.

pac's krypto is jmm and vice-versa.

soto already had his shot at stardom but lost to joan guzman. that's why he remains as a second tier fighter, not fighting the big stars of this sport.

he just hasn't been given his chance. Right now he's in Marquez's spot when Morales and MAB were in their prime when promoted by Bob Arum. Right now, Soto is just playing second fiddle to Manny Pacquiao.

If you've seen him fight you know that Soto is one tough cookie.
