i dont like to see young boxers retire just because they lose a bout and i think anyone who does is a sad dick..that being said if hes not willing to fight top guys and is heart isnt there maybe he should call it a day before he makes a mistake stepping into the ring with a b+ fighters and losing then his tv carer hes looking to have would be shot to ****....
I'm not looking forward to seeing Haye again. The man produced 3 stinkers in 4 titlefights as a HW, and the only one that was exciting was against master spoiler Ruiz who actually made the fight! atsch If by some chance he would fight a real contender that I like, I would watch the fight for that guy but not for Haye.
Arreola has pretty much a guaranteed date with Wlad should he win his next fight. So why would he risk that big payday by fighting Haye who is coming off an embarrassing loss? He'd be doing Haye a favor, not the other way around. Same for Chambers. I believe he has an eliminator fight setup vs. Thompson, the winner getting a mandatory shot at Wlad. A 39 year old Thompson with the prospect of getting a guaranteed payday vs. Wlad sounds better than trying to fight Haye coming straight off a loss.
Of course I would like to see Haye fight again, the Wlad fight would be the biggest learning experience he could hope for. It just depends how badly he wants it.
I'd like to see him carry on, hopefully they could match him with another contender, Arreola, Povetkin, Boystov someone like that, hopefully it'd make for a better fight and whoever won would have a serious win under their belt and could use that as a platform to get a Klitschko fight. I don't see any point of him getting straight back in there with Wlad, or trying Vitali, a little toe won't make much difference he'd just lose in similar fashion. A bit of experience against live heavyweights might make a difference. Problem is the guys got such an ego he thinks he's too good to even consider slumming it against top 10 contenders, he wants Wlad or retirement so he may aswell retire if that's the case because he's got no chance.
I'd like to see him fight a real, live top ten contender or two. It'd give Haye a chance to show he wasn't a carefully matched flash in the pan (at heavyweight) and would go away to redeeming himself and earning a shot at either of the Klitschko brothers.
well i'm far from a haye fan (the guy is an out and out ****) but hell yeah i'd like to see him square off against arreola, adamek, povetkin these would all be throwback heavyweight fights.
Haye is a one trick pony, a hype job and a clown. He should fight James Toney. I'd like to see that. I think Toney would crush his ass even at this stage of his career. Haye should be fighting guys like Toney, Briggs, Holyfield. That way we can see if he's even capable of winning those fights. Assuming a miracle happened and he won those three fights, put him in with Chag, Dimitrenko, Arreola. If he won those 6 fights, I will take back all the negative **** I said about him. Personally, I don't think he has a chance in hell of winning any of those, so it doesn't matter.
Haye-Arreola Haye-Povotkin Haye-Adamek Or he go back to CW where he was less afraid to exange and was more exiting!
