How many people here seriously think they could beat Margarito in a boxing ring?

No, theres not.

This is just stupid. . . its like asking

"Is there a guy on here that races his import on the weekend that could beat a top level formula 1 driver in a race?"

Its absurd.

 

We're talking about the average man here right? ... there's no way that the average man can do anything with a professional boxer in the ring -- its very tough to be conditioned to go 6 rounds ... and to go 3 or 4 rounds with a fighter that knows how to pace himself ... and to throw pin point punches.

A jab can break your nose ... a right cross can break your jaw or knock you out ... a body punch you shitting on yourself or you're ready to throw up --

No matter what you guys think - even if Margarito was taking it light on you - you guys had head gear on and we wearing over sized gloves ... you would still feel everything.

Its nothing to them to taste blood afterr a couple of punches ... but to a normal person you start to feel your lips swelling ... you hear that sound that it makes when you get hit ... not that smack sound but that thudding sound.

He would duck and slip everything ... if he wanted to he could just overwhelm you with alot of punches ... the average person isn't throwing 100 punches in 3 minutes ...

or he would let you tire yourself out because even if you land you have to realize that he's not feeling it and it probably won't even snap his head back.

 

Honestly, I don't think there's anyone on this board with the boxing ability to get away from Margarito.

So, they're going to have to fight him straight on, and if I'm Margo is gonna duck his head, tuck his elbows in, crouch, and bang away on the inside, trying to get in between a guy's arms.

Now, if there is some stocky, huge as mother ****er, that can fight well on the inside who's arms aren't that long, a TUA, TYSON, type of mother ****er, than yeah, they might beat Margo, but they HAVE TO Be able to fight and take punches and THROW HARD AS ****.

If they can't, they're gonna get beat down for sure.

And even if someone fits that description, Margo may elect to box, and there's a good chance that he's a better boxer than most of us here.

 

He's one inch under 6 feet, and is a hard puncher at his weight.

Some of you guys dont understand the differnece between a high-level professional boxer and a weekend warrior.

Just look at the show pros Vs joes, see how bigger guys have done against smaller retired boxers like, Gatti and Pea.

 

If it was a straight up fight, it would be different to a certain extent, but in a boxing match, I honestly don't think many people stand a chance against him.

The things boxers can do are incredible, it's hard for them to show exactly the damage they can do, because they have a similarly talented guy looking to beat them up opposite the ring.

Ricky Hatton weighs 140 and hits 10 times harder than the average man. Margarito must hit about 12 times harder and lets be honest, he's not going to worry about what's opposite him if he fought anybody on here.

I'd back Margo to KO any non pro on here in under 30 seconds.

 

Anybody here can say they think they can kick Margo's ass...but would most probably end up in life-support if Margarito gets pissed off enough.

 

Ding could beat Margarito.
