Pac demanded 10mill per pound Floyd was overweight and Floyd agreed to the full 10mill. The key word is FULL. So why should there be any exceptions on Manny part. What makes the random test significant is the element of surprise. This is why Mayweather prefers this and not the usual. This test could be taken once during there training and still be effective to preventing what it suppose to prevent because the element of surprise hangs in the balance. A 7 day cut off is defeating the purpose of the surprise. Taking it after the fight does nothing because the damage is already done. For all Manny knows they may choose to stop taking the test twenty days before the fight, because they know they still have the element of surprise preventing him from juicing up, if he is juicing up. So Manny should just agree so we can see this fight happen.

That implies you don't have a brain or you're a muppet who just follow what other said even if he's a crackhead. It's what you think ffs. The third option shouldn't even be there.

17% roughly the same percentage of African American in the US. But of course, it's just a coincidence.

I think he is, but not only him. I think all the championship level fighters in professional boxing are.

After reading Conte's information, and looking at every other major professional sport. Taking into account how training science/nutrition science has pervaded all major sports to a high degree, I think it would make no sense that this doesn't pervade boxing as well.
