Don't go making up stuff...Most of the press had Mayweather winning the fight, but by a closer margain than the official scorecards. The Associated press had it 115-111 for Mayweather.

 

I had Castillo winning 125-92

 

i don't get biased threads like this with false implications.

considering the deductions there are 2 even rounds in the fight. to suggest it's impossible for floyd to have won 6 of the remaining 10 rounds is pretty insane imo as I had him winning exactly that.

 

Floyd was injured here, and possibly why he lost the fight

but of course Pac hurting his leg against Mosley and winning all 12 rounds is no excuse for his poor performance !!!!!

It wasn't even close.

Castillo WAS the champ.
He landed more.
Land more power shots.
Landed more jabs.
Landed with better %.
Pushed most of the action.

Some ppl really need to start watching a different sport if u think mayweather won.

Floyd won, I use to be one of those people who would reach for Castillo in this fight but Castillo gave up rounds 1,2,3,4 clearly and round 5 can go either way.

 

it's based on the context of the punches, whether they are clean and effective.

something punchstats tell us nothing about.

all the stats can really show is who has a better defence and who's aggression was more effective.
