Like jumping rope, sparring, running miles, etc. I'd say around 10-15 pounds

If a fighter is at all overweight then as soon as he starts training camp, he intends to lose weight.
If a fighter stays in shape between fights, then he may not want to lose any weight at all, and any weight loss would be unintentional.
If a fighter has a stated weight goal prior to camp (lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight) than all of his behavior in camp would be intentional (but not necessarily correct - mistakes can be made) assuming he is committed to the goal.

    Obvious answer above.

depends on how “overweight” they are.

what’s the purpose of this question and may be able to assist more

It depends on how much they train and what they eat. Obviously.

    Calories in, calories out.

You can lose a lot of water and waste weight by cutting out carbs and taking laxatives too.
