How many ppl agree that Dirrel was Faking Abrahams Blow?

He fought a good fight against Froch if a little naive. People calling him a ***** are butthurt that he managed to make their fighter hit thin air and look very poor. The fact is that Froch was not good enough to cut the ring off, got frustrated and resorted to rabbit punching. Why should Dirrell stand in front of Froch and present his chin to be hit? IMO he won that fight, but if you could fault him, he was naive enough to think the judges would give him the win even if he fought on the backfoot in a close (but clear IMO) fight. He fought much more aggresively against Abraham and showed he had learned. He has nice speed and reflexes and is nice to watch, even if he's not the most exciting.

Hi did make the most of it. The man's a ***** and terrible to watch.

 

I think he put it on, there was a small but significant delay and peek up after the punch landed, then he went down - his head fully under control too.

He's got all the tools you need but a fighters heart... I dunno.

 

Been meaning to watch this got it on the sky+ think I'll watch it tonight,agree bout the froch fight thought he got it just about right apart from being a bit negative,he was never gonna beat froch in a war and he knows that.

 

exaggerated in my opinion. it was obvious he must of been worried about abraham performing late in fights because dirrells girlfriend or wife even commented about abraham doing well late in fights, so that must of came from dirrell. i think dirrell exaggerated the injury, but boxed well throughout the fight.

 

I thought it was very suspicious. Dirrell's reaction was not normal. He seemed to be trying too hard to prove he was KO'd. I thought it was a fairly poor, yet consistent, acting performance. The delay in reaction was very strange.

He was getting tagged by Abraham and was clearly tiring. Abraham was coming on strong, and I'm not sure Dirrell fancied another 4/5 minutes in the ring with him.

That being said, the DQ was the right decision.

coz as a boxer he has all the skills and reflexes to box in range and pick his shots but acts like a little *****

 

I think he was hurt but made the most of it. The incident was suspicious and acted to an extent in my opinion.

 

gettin hit by a knockout artist while on your knee gettin up from an obvious slip will **** you up.

 

Yep Dirrell faked the KO IMO but it was a hit on the ground which resulted in the ref calling a DQ that's the end of that.
