How many pull-ups can you do?

    I did 15 about 3 years ago, and I haven't maxed out in quite some time. I'll post back sometime soon and let you know if I get to the 25 mark. I doubt I will, though.

    That is not me in the picture, mate! Anyway, I wouldn't think shaving your pits would help you do 6 instead of 5...

    I can do 10 but even that I find hard to do correctly.

    :lol: I assume I will be able to do 20 (one of my aims in life) after I shed the excess 8kg I carry and put some more muscle on!

    20 is around about my limit hanging from my stairs, although it is my grip (hanging onto carpet) slipping rather than my arms that fail me.

    sounds like a good idea (weighted pull ups)...i do sets of 5 and do it about 4 different times n i do em different each time...i dont' have a pull up bar so i just do it when i go to my friends house cus there's one of those things outside like they have in jail

    I do em real wide. Sets of 15. May try to see what my max reps are tomorrow.. Nice.. A challenge.

    Who said they could do 40?

    P.S. Anyone seen Armani lately? I'm sure he could do quite a few.

    I can do 16 tops. Aramini is a monster, he can do 40+.
