I think they are meant to be easier. Kipping pull-ups are a lot more intense, which is what Crossfit is all about.

Haha, yeah, the people who do it daily are a bit picky over everything, but their workouts are real good for endurance training.

    3 rounds for time:

    50 Pull-ups
    185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

and thats another thing, their workouts are all about numbers and not a specific goal.

That's the point of Crossfit. You're not training just to become stronger or be able to run 10 miles, it's about overall fitness. They do different activities daily to train cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Not many programs train all of these skills.

Well yeah that may look like it cause I'm flexing completely different muscles.
It's a picture of me flexing my trapezius, deltoids, serratus posterior. I took it last month.
I'm sorry I don't have picture of hand of me flexing each particular muscle lol.

Usually when somebody posts a picture it's relevant to what's being discussed.

Well, he was asking for some kinda of proof to the pullups and the latissimus dorsi is not the only muscle used in pullups.
Many of the upper back and arms is used, so yes I'd say the picture is relevant.
