Dont get me wrong I dont mind helping or giving advice, but remember as a trainer I am still new to this I have only been teaching for three years, However I teach everything I have learned from the sport from each trainer I have had since I was six years old. Everybody has different opinions and methods of training and fighting, mine isnt better than anybody else's However I have had the luxery of being able to learn from Roach at Wildcard and few other trainers there everything they tought me has stuck with me and I have carried it with me since. However that isnt the only style to train or fight there are other gyms that are less intense but just as effective, my thoughts are you take everything you have learned put it all in one pot and mix it together allow it to simmer and you have something to work with.
Yes --- thats very good. Still --- dont leave out situps. Especially on days with no sparring or no medicine ball.
