How Many Rounds and Which Rounds Did Cotto Win in his Pacquiao Fight?

The point of a 145lb catchweight wasn't to drain Cotto, but rather to make him train for the weight rather than for Pacquaio.

 

SRL explains in his book that making weight is tough and that forcing someone to lose even 1 more additional pound can be stressful

 

Cotto won the 1st round, he won the rounds where he went down, mighta won another round or 2 after that

Cotto from 5 or 6 on started to move a lot and Manny hit him less and Cotto would land these big shots run away and seem to win the round then eventually at some point in those rounds Manny would eventually corner the mobile Cotto and beat him up

Cotto could out manuever Pacman later on but was not able to do this for an entire round

Cotto only had 1 clear round and that was the 1st. Any other round that was given to him was close and could be given to Pac.

I haven't watched this since it was live, but I remember although Cotto gave some competitive rounds, Pacquiao seemed in control at all times.

 

cotto won zero rounds, pacquao really beat the crap out of him
