5-2 Ali going into the 8th seems like a fair score

Foreman was beating the hell out of Ali, but ran out of gas. Foreman was ahead on the score cards..................

Translation: "I have never actually watched the Ali-Foreman fight in full, I just believe the revisionist history of the fight"

Even when you are not trolling, your posts are awful.

I think you can reasonably score it 7-0, but I think Smoak is probably right and he got 1.

Possibly. I gave Foreman a couple of rounds for bodywork.

You can see when this fight is brought up, whom has actually watched the fight and who just believes the revisionist history. Or is trolling.

Anything Ali did was FAR more "effective" than anything Foreman did.

There is certainly evidence, the result, to support my claim as opposed to yours.

Foreman's "effective aggression" or "effective punching..." Tell me when any of his aggression or punches were effective. They weren't. He was a zombie who lost nigh every round before getting dropped and stopped.

I could name 15-20, maybe more, Ali fights where he took far more damage than the one against Foreman.

This is actually high quality trolling.

    I like...

Foreman did nothing. Foreman is probably my third or fourth favorite HW ever, but on that night, he would have lost to almost every lineal champ the division has ever seen.

Last time I watched it I think I have him 2. Foremans gameplan was awful that night.

He was doing ok..but Ali just always came back at him with nice clean work off the ropes...then we know what happens next. Ali has an iron body.

Foreman did a bad job at setting his work up lol...whilst Ali did it all night.

    4-2-1
    3-0-4
    4-1-2

Ali was comfortably leading on all scorecards.
Personally i had it 4 rounds to 3 for the challenger.
