5-2 Ali going into the 8th seems like a fair score

As Muhammad knocked George out with only two seconds remaining of the eighth,I'm including this stanza in my assessment.

    5-2-1 to Ali.

Foreman was wining the fight until that point. The bias crowd and the bias commentary team made it seem as if Ali was clearly winning. Foreman out landed Ali in every round except the 1st. Foreman landed many hard blows to Ali's head and body. IMO this fight marked the beginning of Ali's physical decline.

Foreman would have knocked Ali out if he wasn't poisoned by Sadler. Sadler was in cahoots with Ali's team. Right after Foreman fired Sadler he went straight to work for Ali. When Foreman wanted a rematch Ali demanded that Sadler work his corner so he could poison him again.

I like Ali but he was very afraid of Foreman and resorted in underhand tactics to ensure a victory. Looses ropes, poison, bad hotel food...Ali did it all to screw Foreman out of his title.

Don't forget that Ali paid Foreman's friends to root for Ali, so Foreman would get distracted during the fight.

After all, when you are fighting for the heavyweight championship of the world and getting paid $5 million, you certainly will be focusing on the audience, not your opponent.

, And i have land in the midle of the Pacific ocean to sell you, it doesn't really matter who was winning, end result Foreman was on his ass, and Ali had his arms raised:lol:..thats the bottom line...
Ali declined physically?? but he was still able to beat Fraizer in 75' Norton in 76, while Foreman got his ass beat by Young in 1977, real genuine thinking there dude....

I suppose you think Tommy Morrison broke into Foremans hotel room and poisoned him before their fight too, or paid the chef to dump poison in Foremans burger, the night before he got his ass handed to him in that fight..:nut

This thread is about who won rounds..not about who won the fight. Learn how to read. Apart from his offense Ali looked slow and mediorcre in the Manila fight. He lost the fight against Norton at Yankee stadium..it was one of the many gift decisions Ali got later in his career.

Also Tommy didn't beat George's ass..he ran away from him for 12 rounds.

If Foreman was so clearly ahead, explain why his face was getting quite swollen as early as the end of the fifth, and why Ali was virtually unmarked ?
