More than many expect, that's for sure. This fight is definitely difficult to predict so far because contrary to general belief, Kovalev isn't exactly an all-out one-dimensional plodder like many think he is. He has skills and can adapt accordingly when needed.

Definitely can't wait for this fight.

I'm with you on that! Can't see how people say one fighter is going to dominate the other! Neither one of these guys have ever been close to being dominated. This fight is between 2 fighters that are primed and undefeated! This is going to be a good fight! I just give a slight edge to Ward because he can adapt very well and his ring IQ. But only the narrowest of margins! No blow out or one sided beat down!

If there is a blowout it can only be Kovalev destroying ward, for ward to win he will have to go through hell.. . May just be our last ward sighting. Almost looking for mid round tko for Kovalev, of course.

No way is it even possible for ward to dominate round by round, impossible. It's not like wards a phenomenon and Kovalev is just A brawler.

Like I stated many times prior to the hops fight how he has NO chance and Kovalev was going to make him look bad and hops wouldn't dare try winning rounder..

This is why ward getting blitzed is highly probable, he'll try to win but once hurt it could be over, just like that.

Ward doesn't possess the ability to blow out Kovalev, not 100% sure wards ever been on Kovalev level. More I think about it the less competitive it gets.

Starting to shape up to a total mismatch

Who are you talking to! I never said Ward will dominate. I said it should be a close fight and I give Ward a very slight edge because of his ability to adapt and ring IQ. You're coming up with wishing well unfounded nonsense! And calling the Hops fight makes you some type of genius? LOL So you predicted a young, prime power puncher with skill would beat an almost 50 year old opponent! I must now defer to you for all boxing insight and knowledge! Your genius is unparalleled!

    Chilembas beard is certified granite.
Ward was visibly stunned by Kessler, afraid to engage Froch dropped hard by Boone, hurt by Koch, and ducked Bute.

Chilemba also beat Bellew first go around. Second fight shoulda been a draw.

Nobody dominated Chilemba before like that, and nobody likely will again in the foreseeable future.
