Dont agree with the tentative when hit part. watch round 8 v Adamek put that theory to bed.
Gotta say i was frustrated though he didnt finish off in parts.

Havent seen the Drews fight but Im pretty sure Briggs faced the better version.

The Drews fight was very dirty. Drews was outboxing him for the first 5 rounds.
In round 6 I think, Briggs was able to get on the inside and open up, and I think he knocked him down twice in the round.

Drews was then on the backfoot a lot, and Briggs comfortably won the rest of the rounds until the 12th.

Drews was defeated in the 6th round though, and was pretty much looking to get disqualified.

    did you see either fight?

drews threw a punch against briggs,

the fight against green was a like green had bought the belt off him and drews just had to turn up to make a show of it, seeing as though drews hasn't fought since, it was his $wansong so to speak....

green turned drews into a frightened backpedalling punching bag for twelve rounds while briggs loses 5 rounds to the guy yet his was the more dominant performance????

    imo danny wins this war
he can just work harder than briggs can. danny can be outboxed but briggs is no boxer. hes basically a jeff harding with half the stamina and a bigger punch.
infact id go so far as to say briggs footwork is flat out shithouse.

its a close one but dannys that little bit sharper and fiercer

Green never once looked like hurting Drews let alone drop him. Lets be serious, the Drews Briggs fought actually came to fight. The Drews/Green fight goes down as one one of lamest title figths involving an Oz fighter in years. No one wanted to fight that night.

I think briggs inactivity may play a huge role
