I try and train 2 - 3hrs a day at least 5times a week focusing on technique only then go to a gym 3 times a week the technique training includes the 3 one hr training sessions at my gym.
ye i enjoy it loads ta and it does help with my boxing actually because your correcting peoples mistakes and sometimes there th same mistakes i make i would love to coach pro's full time l8r in life
ye i can see how it would mate. That would be quality good luck with that. I was training with a pro trainer all summer and he told me he had onli 25bouts then coached am for a few years then moved on to be pro trainer and he a pretty good one at that regualrly on skysports with a few v good boxers
I only train 4 days a week for about 1.5 hours each time, 3 days at the gym and 1 at home. I havent had my first fight yet but when I do I think I will increase my training a little bit.
