I train 6 days a week. 3 at boxing and 3 at gym. AT the moment The boxing gym i go to doesnt allow us to go to gym 5 days a week unless your amateur. Ima go 5 days when i am. i spend roughly 2 hours at boxing and gym so altogether about 12 hours a week
2-4 times a week, 2 hours or longer. As of sept, I will have about 20 hours of training in 6 days, and a 7th day off.
I've just had a five weeks period with 11 - 12 trainings per week. Running: 5 times Boxing: 6 or more often 7 times a week The boxing training is mainly for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The running varies from 40mins to 1 1/2 hours. This week I started with boxing training 7 times a week and no running. Got the national championships coming up next weekend.
I dont really have set days like I used to now I just go with how I feel. I get atleast 1 days rest a week. Try and hit the weights 2-3 times a week everybody part and I do about 20 reps a set now im a endurance kinda guy. Get some kick-boxing training in atleast one time a week and run 2-5 times a week the weather makes it hard sometimes. Im not a active athlete anymore until July hopefully so I just workout to keep in nice condition.
Yeah, I try to get to the gym 5 times a week, usually turns into 4 (or less) given my school and work schedule. I try to keep it down to one-hour sessions as well. I find that if I'm at the gym for two hours it's because I'm wasting a lot of time. I go in with a plan, bust ass non-stop for an hour, and call it day.
I don't get this idea of a "rest" day. I train 7 days a week. my workouts are typically 1-2 hours, along with a 15-20 minute warm-up in the morning. I eat and sleep enough and don't ever feel the need for a rest day. but then again, god rested on the seventh...
