for my plyos, sprint intervals and lifting. I go to the gym 3 times a week, practice on the heavy bag on a couple of off days, get in roadwork, but basically I'm trying to decide on one or two sessions of each of these things. any advice is appreciated
I'm not really the right person to answer this, but I'd just try my best to ensure that I don't work out the same area twice in 36 hours. So if you go and lift at the gym on Monday night, wait until Wednesday night before you go again, and do your sprints or HIIT on the Tuesday.
