six days a week. four days on, one day off, one full day, and the next day run only.

Wow, I just do 2-3 days per week, I think I will have to do it like you guys if I really want to improve and be good at it.

If you are a beginner then 3 days is enough. Just remember to make each session count.
2 days of quality training is worth a lot more than 6 days of just turning up and going through the motions

    Hi Krisby,

Yes, I am a beginner, I have just been doing this for a month but I really want to work hard and keep on improving and sometimes I feel that I am doing less and I guess If I really want to improve, I should practice more.

Right now, I'm only doing it 2x a week cuz of college and other work.

By December I plan on making it 4x-5x a week.

I might post a video as well like others to see what all of you have to say about my technique so far.

3 days a week of boxing (because that's all my schedule allows for). 1 day a week of strictly weight and plyometric training too.

3 days a week, I was thinking of going to a second gym for maybe supplemental training sessions, but its much easier to just go for a run or do some sprints

Five times a week if I can make it to the gym. I think the newer you are the more time you should spend at the boxing gym.

3 days a week if I can make it. But I do bagwork most other days anyway so I guess you could call it 5-6
