I can say vs Branco in Italy I have glenn winning vs dawson 1 but was a close one (not robbery) thoughts
When has Glen said he was robbed? Glen is a good guy of boxing he never complains and would fight anybody even now. Maybe I'm wrong but I never heard Glen complain about anyone or anything.
He's had a lot of close decisions go against him. The Branco fight was a robbery, but I can't think of any others right now.
Johnson cries after every loss, at least the last few years: Froch, Bute, Cloud. I'm a fan, but it's true. And he clearly lost each of those fights. I also had him losing the first Dawson fight by a round, though I was rooting for him throughout. Just the facts. I can't speak to earlier in his career when he was supposed to have gotten hosed a number of times by the hometown judges.
I don't remember him saying that, I remember him saying that he got off his game and he was pretty gracious from memory......surely if he wasnt ESB would have crucified him? As for the Bute fight I didnt see the fight or the post fight interview so I cant comment.
Yeah, the Froch fight he was gracious, but while Bute beat him more convincingly than Froch, he thought he won the that fight. He said so in the interview. Odd
Johnson has legitimately been robbed several times. I thought he beat Dawson the first time they fought.
He was robbed plenty. But recently he has become a lil delusional... He came back with a great win against Green at 168lbs and then he has convinced himself he is one of the best at his weight, when for me, I dont have him in the top ten in any weight class anymore. He is a solid fighter and a great story, but he is in his early forties now...
Man I'm a big Johnson fan but this is totally out of whack, Johnson complains all the time about decisions! He's one of the worst for it. Just about everytime there's a close fight, even when he's clearly lost on a couple occasions like Froch and Bute..... vs Dawson he had the nerve to ***** and whine in the post fight interview about how it's wrong they robbed and old fighter despite being a close fight that was no more than 7-5 for either guy.
