Come back from either retirement or a long layout. Taken an easier fight with the promise of a tougher fight after, only for the tough fight to never come off?

    I count 2 so far:
Marquez - Announced a hit list of people none of which really materialised

Ortiz - "Manny Pacquio Your Next" "I Never Said that"

And now we'll get the same:
Easy fight with Gurrera with a promise of Alvarez next that will never happen.

Why does floyd do this. Is it so the easier tune up fights aren't made fun of too much. Is it to build up the easier fights so he makes more money?

I've got a feeling that Floyd will retire for good after this fight.

His legs are deserting him, Any idea's of a Pac fight are finished, He doesn't fight who the public ask him to fight and it's wearing thin on a lot of people now.

If he takes two fights this year he'll probably retire for good in September.

either way. we are constantly promised more when floyd returns, and he never delivers.
