some people are taking this "At Last" appreciation to a new level. Get off HBO's d*ck. Yeah, it was well produced but it didn't offer anything we didn't already know. It was boring.
I listened to a few minutes of it after the fights last weekend before I had to turn that off. Haven't and won't watch any of the HBO or Showtime promo material. They are doing what they are expected to do, praising and standing by their guy. We've already seen them train and heard their life stories and heard from their trainers for over a decade now. Nothing new to see here.
yes leonrad i've watched it 6-7x. 2-3 times all the way thru. The others just watched until I went to sleep.
ZERO! And I watched the showtime special ZERO. Everything is just a retread of everything we've been hearing for the last 8 yrs. The time for talk is over.
lol was pretty good, the highlight was the intro, well paced, right music... was very well put together. The rest was good too but intro was the best part.
I loved the part when it was showing Floyd in his younger days and then switches to Floyd of today sitting in his limousine (accompanied by awe inspiringly dramatic music). I replayed that part like 20 times. The entire doc I watched only once though.
