I went with three. Intentional or not, probably both.

Yep, when a guy is as serious as Cotto seems to be, you have to know he will dig deep and go to the depths to win. He isn't a cheater, but he's not a gentleman in there, and is going to hit you low if he has to. Complete respect for people willing to do that.

I don't know...he is cheating, isn't he? If I respect that, should I respect Bika going in with his head or what Dirty Matthews did against JS? Should I simply say: it's the ref's responsibility to take action - it's all fine! I simply cannot! Think of cynical diving in football - if done well - you get a penalty - is that OK? If I respect that, it becomes a skill like any other, that gets practiced - it becomes part of the sport - cheating becomes part of the sport - but cheating ALWAYS makes the sport worse...so why should I encourage it? Let them invent another sport in which the object is to cheat in that particular way as convincingly as possible!

Sure, but what a stupid thing to do! All his opponents will lowblow him from now on, knowing full well he cannot retaliate, as he has gone on the record as admitting he is willing to do it - the ref will be much stricter on him than on anyone else - suddenly, he loses that weapon in his armoury - all his opponents have an advantage over him.

And what is perhaps worse...all your opponents will try to pretend you have low=blowed them, to con the ref into taking away a point from you...stupid!
