Yes power is the last to go. Judging by Mosleys nuclear bomb that landed on Floyd at 38 we have some pretty solid proof of that.

What I meant to say is Mosleys speed at 28 and his reflexes and his motor are a whole new dimension compared to his 38 year old self.

Floyd was smart to clinch him immediately and then cover up for the remainder of the round. Yea that worked against an old Shane. But a prime Shane. Idk. I dont think saying let me just grab his arm and then hold up my gloves the rest of the round will work nearly as well.

Mosley had no roids in him for the Floyd fight because Floyd made sure of that. Margarito ate like 200 servings of Shane's EPO bombs.

Pac would have taken it. In fact, Mosley landed a bomb of a right hand on an incoming Pac in the early rounds.

You know whats even more impressive to me is that by the end of that same round he was the one walking Shane down. Crazy.

Depends which version of Pac? The 2009-2010 version he probably stays up, but I cant see him shaking it off completely. He gets stunned.

Post KTFO6 Pac probably goes down.

Maybe so, but I fully believe he could've taken that shot as well, same for Danny Garcia. Would they have held on for dear life like Floyd maybe, but I doubt they'd have gone down.

It was a big shot, but not the perfect shot. Floyd is leaning back away from the shot. Mosley leaves his feet taking away some power. Mosley doesnt get optimal leverage or torque on the shot. Yea it's a huge shot, but hardly perfect.

When Marquez KOed Pac he got full leverage and torque on it. And Pac is literally launching his face directly into the punch.

Or say Martinez knocking out Williams. He got full torque and leverage. Didnt leave his feet. And Williams is literally leaning down face first directly into the punch.

The disrespect for Mosley these days is real. That said he has that balco * next to his name.

It blew my mind that he smiled. I think the common misconception is that slick defensive guys fight that way because they cant take a punch - floyd can take a punch. What surprised me even more was that shane couldn't physically bully floyd. That fight really confirmed for me that Floyd is physically very strong. I know this post makes it seem like I'm a floyd fan, and in a way I am but I'm also very critical of him and hate his persona. The way he dismantled shane that night was really impressive. I have to give credit where credit is due.
