British world champions will there be by the end of the year.

There are currently 3 but Khan faces a potentially dangerous fight against Maidana, Burns will defend his title by the end of the year according to Warren last night and Haye is fighting Harrison, so 1 is the minimum.

In addition to that we have Munroe, Booth and Froch (still to be sanctioned I know) fighting for world titles in the next few weeks.

I am going to be optimistic and say 5.

Don't think Booth will be quite good enough, but I thought the same about Burns last night.

I'm gonna go out on a limb again and pick Booth by decision.

It depends what one terms a World Champion.

eg Wlad Klit is the current HW Champion according to Ring.
