Marcos Maidana is one of the few fighters to have faced Floyd Mayweather and given him problems. There were a lot of factors involved in making this a tough fight, not least Mayweather's choice of tactics, but beyond that Marcos Maidana showed us two main things that are surely necessities if Floyd Mayweather is to be troubled in the ring. I explore those in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JxuanalzxM Thoughts?
he threw punches...but look at floyd. does he look flustered? he stays right there in the pocket, slipping blocking, rolling...he never looked in trouble at all. maidanas best round was after the headbutt. floyd still kept his composure. i scored it 7-5 for floyd. i thought cotto did a much better job against him. i also scored that fight 7-5 for floyd.
He landed next to **** all. If anything this video highlights just how ****ing sad the *******s and the Mayweather haters are that they would start jizzing over this fight and even say Chino won the ****er. If you think Chino came close to winning that fight you don't deserve to watch boxing. Maidana just did an awful lot more of the scrappy **** you see fighters do when they press Mayweather, it was actually done with a lot less thought and technique than a lot of other fighters too. Not impressed... WHO NECKKKS?
