How meaningful would a Pavlik victory over Floyd be?

Roach wants Manny to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I don't think he will have the same confidence in beating him as he did vs Hatton or DLH but he definitely wants the fight. He even said Mayweather could have waited a day and made the fight with Pacquaio instead of Marquez. They want the fight.
Mayweather didn't want the fight, at least not yet. Maybe ever. Let's hope he wants it down the line. I think Mayweather will take the fight if he beats JMM solidly. If he has some serious trouble with JMM he may not do it or he may still do it because there will be so much money on the table.

With as much money there will be for Pacquiao vs Mayweather (assuming Floyd beats JMM), the fight will be made. I expect a 50 / 50 split or possibly a split slightly in Pac's favor. I'll guess they make it at 144.
