Well $65 isn't a lot of money. But it is when you don't know what your buying. Not to mention that in my opinion this **** should be on TV just like the Superbowl. And of course the fact that making 10-30 million in one evening is just ludicrous. It's the principle of the matter to me.

If there was no alternative, I'd buy the fight. But I am not dumb enough to choose the more expensive option over an available cheaper option. So if it's between $65 and $3, I'll go with the $3. :good

It's not foolproof, During the Mayweather-JMM fight it blacked out in the 3 or 4th round for about a minute. But it's like anything else in life, risk vs reward. Hell I've lost more time of a PPV fight from a thunderstorm. Although, that was back when the hacked sats were working :yep. I really would have been pissed if i had paid $50 for it, ha ha................

On tv like the superbowl? Maybe if advertisers paid $2 million per commercial it would be. But they won't of course. Boxing isn't football. Why is making 30 million or more ludicrus? If the market will bear it then more power to them. They "work" once or twice a year at this level. These are the best of the best.

Cable, Direct TV, and Dish Network, in that order, ha ha ha. Too bad the good old days are gone.

I'm glad you brought this up. The advertisers don't pay because boxing has become too expensive for the viewer base that watches. The advertisers used to foot the bill, why not now ??? Boxing has done it to itself through corruption and shady business practices. They are like used car salesmen in plaid suits. Even a mismatch and a few weeks of the 24/7 infomercial and they make more than the majority of athletes......................

These guys make more than Peyton Manning hour for hour and they don't even have to face mandatory people to get that money. They get to pick their opponents which is a bad thing. If boxing went to a general sports type fixed schedule for the top 10 in each weight division it would benefit the sport greatly. Maybe Floyd would have already fought Margarito, Cotto, and Paul Williams. Maybe Pac would have already fought Mosley. The ABC soup organizations are just plain pathetic and one of the main problems There needs to be one title for each weight division, plain and simple. The system is flawed against the consumer in boxing and MMA. Just a straight rip off con game. Don't get me wrong, I love boxing, but no one should have to go broke and line the pockets of prima donnas to watch the sport that they love.

Good job BR !!! You know the irony of the situation. The fans are not just paying Floyd and Pac. The fans are making Arum and Ellerbe rich little ****ers too. And I know how much each side despises both of them !!!!!!!!!:nut
