I am 16 years old, 5'7 and 110 pounds. In the last 2 years I have grown just half an inch and I haven't gained a single pound so I'm quite concerned about my size. How much more do you guys think I'll grow? What weightclass do you think I'll be competing at when I'm around 20-25 years old?

Obviously I know that you can't tell exactly, but based on my current size and how much I have grown in the last 2 years could you say approximately how much more I will grow?

I have no idea about your height, but your weight is in your control. Wanna be a heavyweight...stop by the candy and cheeseburger aisle. Wanna be a minimumweight, hit the treadmill.

People grow in spurts due to the hormones been released into there body, if your really concerned see a doctor. I was the biggest kid in my year at primary school but at secondary everyone flew past me.

Depends on the individual, when I was 15 I was about your height and about 120 lbs. I'm now 6'1 and 170 lbs, I think I kept growing in height until I was 21.

Don't lose any sleep over it, you'll end up what you were supposed to be.

You will grow 8.2 inches and become 17.6 pounds heavier. You're welcome.

If you want to grow taller make sure to eat well, stretch your whole body extremely well and sleep a full 8 hours. There is no magic thing you can do to grow more, but streching well and eating well will help you reach your full potential. Also, compare your height with your dad and probablities are you'll be a little taller than him (unless he's very tall). This are just some theories on growing, but if you're really worried about it just give it a try, it will only do you good.

Concerning your weight; If you're thinking about boxing just make sure you eat right and eat as much as you want. The best thing is to be able to perform to the max of your abilities with your current size.
