How much credit should Broner get for stopping Maidana?

Broner will get solid credit from me. I don't think Maidana's a special talent, but he is tough and can punch. I'm expecting Adrian to win, but he still gets credit for doing it. If he completely dismantles Maidana and shuts him out or something along those lines, he'll have outperformed my expectations and he'll get more props.

 

People will just label Maidana washed up and shot. No way anyone will give Broner respect, he is one of the most hated people in boxing.

 

Of course people hate Broner.......he's a ****in jackass who comes off like a complete moron...but his talent is undeniable and he's willing to not just talk a good game.....he's set out to prove it by facing top guys. Floyd is the same way for me but I enjoy watching him do his thing.

 

I still give Adrien his dues.......kid is tough. He got mugged tonight but will come back better.

 

Big ups to Maidana for outperforming my expectations and laying a whoopin' down on Broner.

Yeah, Broner was probably due one, but I hope the guy's alright. He really should head to the hospital just to double check, he took some hellacious shots tonight. Boxing needs fighters who aren't afraid to play the bad guy role too, and while it was satisfying watching tonight's fight, Broner's antics are ultimately harmless. Hope he bounces back to 100%. !:
