hang on, you say clottey was a great victory for pac but gatti wasnt for mayweather? nobody had ever dominated gatti the way floyd did, AND GATTI KEPT COMING FORWARD... kinda double standards again fleaman? :think

Double standards? No, you just think too highly of Gatti IMO.

Don't be offended lads, Fleaman will be left with little choice but to succumb to Floyd's abilities as a fighter once "Money" makes the Filipino destroyer look flat and ordinary.

Jokes aside, winning 12 rounds against Clottey is infinitely more impressive than dominating Gatti post Ward 1, 2 and 3. Smarten up.

i disagree and im not gonna get into this argument again!! :bart

    ...**** it i will........

......after gatti beat ward twice, he outpointed an undefeated LWW champion in Branco (come on matty hatton :)) and then after that, defended it by ko against another undefeated fighter, then i think after that was floyd mayweather, so u can say gatti was at the top of his game, yes? floyd MURDERED him in 6 rounds.... absolutely murdered him, and gatti was coming forward!!

... clotteys best win was against a past his prime diego corales and since then he has won 3 or 4 fights on points against nobody special and won 1 or 2 by ko. considering his size, what does this say about clottey as a boxer? THEN he gets beaten by cotto before ''fighting'' manny pacquiao!! clottey came off the back of a loss while gatti was at the top of his game imo :deal

Is it not also true that Gatti would go on to lose to both Carlos Baldomir and Alonso Gomez before retiring?

The only reason Gatti was involved in so many exciting fights was because he wasn't that much better than the Patterson's and Rodriguez's of the world.

he did yes... your point being?

dont say nobody has ever beaten clottey like manny did, ill argue back and you'll just avoid the fact that clottey didnt come to fight and was no threat to pacquiao.

Clottey beat Judah right? Isn't he regarded as one of Floyd's best wins? :think
