Or rather, a post Bradley II/Algieri Pacquiao?

    Plenty.

Even if the result was inevitable and never was going to differ any from what it would've been 5-6 years ago, it still won't cease to be a creditable win. Maybe if Mayweather were still in possession of his full prime abilities while Pacquiao was shot, but that isn't the case. They've degraded proportionately.

Both men will get a lot of credit from me. They are the best of their generation.

Fraud will go down in history for never having faced a
single elite fighter in their primes, because he ducked
them all when they were dangerous. Pac is 60% of what
he was when fraud slandered him to avoid the fight half
    a decade or more ago.

    What clown said 1?

At the VERY LEAST,its the 2 best WW's going at it, and conceivably the 2 top P4P fighters in the world. Not to mention the 2 most accomplished fighters of a generation.

10, the same credit I'll give Pacquiao. All of these excuses are ridiculous. And on May 3rd, if Pacquiao wins, I'll still be here to give the man his full credit.

All these fanboy excuses need to stop, just a bunch of sensitive kids online.

It's extremely hypocritical to claim, as early as January 2015, that Floyd is ducking Pacquiao and scared and that he NEEDS to fight Pacquiao. Only to turn around on February 20th, 2015 and say he only accepted because Pac is shot, or he was forced. ANYBODY WHO CLAIMED FLOYD WAS DUCKING AT ANY POINT IN 2014 AND 2015 NEED TO MAN UP AND GIVE THE MAN CREDIT IF HE WINS.

I'll give Floyd credit if he beats Manny fair and square, even if this bout would have been better occuring back in 2010 for instance when both were nearer their primes. In fact, I give Floyd more credit now for facing Pacquiao, win or lose. It had to happen for Floyd Mayweather's long term rep, imo. Great fighters fight the best competition out there and these two have been the best at the weight. I hope it turns out to be a good one after all the endless speculation about it.

Of course he gets credit , PAC is a beast NOW , he beats everyone around his weight class , did he got knoced out after 4 fights with a dangerous fighter ? sure , does it make him less then a GOD OF WAR , NO.
if floyd beats him , he is the best of our Era no doubt in my mind , a clean slate and a win vs quality oppoents + a win (and if its a shutout even more) against ATG P4P king PAC.
I hope he doesnt :) , but if he does he deserves the credit.

9, PAC and floyd are both slightly past prime so I can't give either of them a full 10 for beating the other. They are the 2 best p4p fighters on the planet though so whoever wins it'll be the best win on their resume IMO. The only people that won't give floyd any credit are the Pac****s, vice versa the *****s won't give pac any credit.

I give him a 7. Floyd has all the advantages except age. If it was more evenly matched, no doubt he'd get more cred, but if Pacman wins, Pacman deserves to get more cred, with having more disadvantages going for him.

7-8, depending on how handily Floyd would win

it would be 10 if he had fought and beaten 2009-2011 Pac

the real question should be how much credit will you give Floyd for a post-ped Pacquiao.
