I hear people keep saying how Floyd is still ducking Pacquiao & is afraid, but at the same time I hear people say that Floyd only fights atgs if they're past their prime.

So after Pacquiao just shutout Brandon Rios, how much credit would you give Mayweather for beating Pacquiao if they were to fight next? :think

What do you mean by credit?

I already rate him as the p4p #1 and the best fighter of this era. Whether he fights Pacquiao or not that isn't going to change.

I mean after he beats him, would you be saying crap like "Oh Manny was past his best and already got KO'd 2 fights ago."
or would you be saying "Great victory from Floyd. He outclassed the formidable Pacquiao"

I'm a Floyd fan and I voted partial credit just because I know Manny isn't what he's made out to be. He gets praise for lessor accomplishments that Floyd would never catch a break on and isn't held to the same standard as Floyd. Manny's arch enemy is JMM while Floyd toyed with him. I've seen the maximum potential of what Manny can do and just caught glimpses of what Floyd can do. Manny has been slid while Floyd has gotten a bloody nose. The nose bleed is almost held to the standard of Manny getting KO'ed. So yeah it wouldn't surprise me and yes it's expected. *******s always center on the point that Floyd is scared and always duck Manny. I don't think I've seen a real breakdown on how Manny can beat Floyd other than Manny walking through Floyd's counters and landing a picture perfect KO blow which was how JMM slid Manny. My point being that Pacquiao fans already know what the deal is. In conclusion Manny may be the hero that boxing wants but Floyd is the hero boxing needs because he's not the hero. Sick the dogs on him, hunt him down. He can take it and still is at top unlike the roller coaster career of manny and his teenage twilight, Miley Cyrus type fans who go missing on milk cartons then come back once he beats another punching bag. So yeah, partial credit.

If this was a prime Pac, it'd be Floyd's best win ever

right now it'd be his best win since Oscar at least

I'd still give him a ton of credit for taking the fight alone as I don't think he has the balls to do it.

He didn't have them even after watching Pac getting KTFO by JMM, which means the fear of Pac has very deep roots

No more credit than beating Robert Guerrero.
In fact I think Pacquiao will be an easier fight for Mayweather
    than Guerrero.

It will be billed as a Superfight but likely most knowleadgeable in the sport rightfully will not give Mayweather the type of credit that winning
    a Superfight usually brings.

You are kidding right? I think Mayweather wins too but Guerrero is not an elite fighter like Pacquaio. He is a pattern fighter who is slow as hell.

    Maybe you are being sarcastic?

Don't mind that delusional juantard. He still thinks JMM beat Bradley
He's still butthurt JMM was forced into retirement beautifully exposed on a loss and wants to project that onto other people.

I'd give him as much credit as beating 2013 WW Pacquiao deserves.

I wouldn't say it would be his best career win...

It would be below Castillo II, Marquez, Corrales, and Alvarez for sure; and Genaro, Oscar, Mosley, and Hatton honestly could be argued to be as good, or only slightly worse.

full to partial. i dont think manny has lost much of a step at all and what he has lost you could compare that to floyd who is still looking great but has clearly lost his A-game

I would give him partial credit is he would beat him in the near future. If he only had the balls to fight him 3-4 years ago i would probably be hanging off his baws like the *****s.
