How much credit would you give Floyd if he beat Pacquiao?

pacman is too, and his style of fighting wont age as well as floyd's

 

Floyd isn't in his prime, but he hasn't declined the way Pacquiao has in the last 3 years, e.g. Pacquiao dropped from an A++ fighter to an A fighter, whilst floyd went from A++ fighter to an A+ fighter.

Which anyone with actual knowledge of boxing knows, its down to their styles, Floyds defensive style would mean he lasts longer compared to pacs aggressive style. I favoured floyd back in 09-10, by about 55:45 (mostly due to him being slightly bigger), now its more like 65:35 floyd - would still be his hardest realistic fight i.e. no big 154/160-GGG (thought so even before canelo fight)

People can talk **** about his personality all they like, but if you know boxing, and dont let bias blur your vision its pretty had to say he isnt P4P number 1

 

i wouldn't give him that much credit cause pac is not that good!

But 2009 PAC is one of the greatest of all time

Look lets put this in perspective......

1 ..... No one denies Floyd is one of the most naturally God Given boxing talents I have ever seen. That's without question.

2.... Now we come to the sad part. Floyd was given the courage & cojones of a gnat to go along with his talent

3... Add to these facts Floyd is nothing more than a street punk with a yellow streak a mile wide up his back. A punk with numerous cases of assaulting women.

4... So all this adds up to Floyd being a big mouthed wannabee. What a terrible waste of incredible boxing talents. Just imagine what a champion & ATG he could have been if he only had a set of balls

We can name damn near 60 ATG who hit a woman or worse probably including some of your favorite all time fighters.

Now the only fighter Floyd has ever been accused of ducking are all Top Rank fighters and that is no surprise. Not only that but we have a bunch of fights that could be made at 140-147 that could get made if all of these assholes would just get along.

Now how can you say he is a waste bc he didn't fight a Margo or a Cotto? When it comes to Pac Floyd is the one who put pen to paper in the first go around and Manny pulled out. :deal

you are only as good as your competition.

floyd hasnt really beaten anyone that would rival a pac-barrera , or jones-hopkins/toney, ali-foreman, duran-leonard type of win in his resume, that we can say, he is this good because he beat this guy who is this much good.

there is too many prime fighters tht floyd missed, jst too many who is suppposed to test him to his limits.

big name past their primes arent going to cut it nor the up and coming but untested pugilists.

floyd should fight pac next, while visibly declined is still very good. it is his last chance of a legacy fight.

unless he goes up to 160 and fight the likes of ggg or martinez (maybe this one is already too late too), which he will never do anyway.

fight pac now or forever be labeled a ducker.

 

Floyd-Pac will fight each other when they both become irrelevant. I'm guessing three to fours years down the road.

They both have too much ego for the fight to come off any sooner than that IMO.

 

I feel Pac has declined a fair whack since 2009, I'd give Floyd alot of credit now. I would have given him more if he had done it in 2009 though.

 

Even now, it would answer all the questions that have plagued him.

How would he handle a complete fighter like Pac?

Chin, speed, footwork, power, skills, defense etc.

Until now, Floyd has only fought 2 like that....shot Mosely and JLC. Zab had em all but the chin. These would be his 3 best wins IMO, but beating Pac would surpass them all 10 fold.:think

 

Floyd's boxing career is like a ( fights were scripted ) reality show.

he get his own referee and judges
