After being informed before the fight of Clottey's comments that he will chase Cotto down and KO him....Cotto said we will see who has the most heart after 3 rounds.
I noticed Cotto was in front of Clottey up until the billy goat headbut of which he changed his strategy with movement.

I know for sure that had it not been for the headbutt Joshua would had hit the canvas several more times during the fight....

It was a huge statement. I think it made Clottey think twice about just coming in and walking Cotto down ala Margarito (although naturally he isn't as wreckless). I think that is what made Clottey try to make Miguel punch himself out instead of just going after him.

I agree based on Cotto cornering him in the 6th round for a minute and a half.. Bullying him and getting good shots and absorbing Joshua's uppercuts,he then backed up due to the blood.. It takes a few rounds for Miguel to warm up,so the whole 1st round winning by Clottey doesn't hold up he won by a slim margin he didn't dominate anything.. He held his own with a bloodied eye,if there is a rematch Cotto will win more convincingly..

The KD was a punch to the CHEST. It made contact with his head but landed on his chest. Clottey had one foot up when it landed. He didn't hurt him for a second it just knocked him over like a push.

Yeah he was off balance after Cotto hit him simple as that, yeah it was a flash but the whole off balance thing is B.S. Clottey is squared up with him...

perfect timing and placement. And since Cotto is left handed his Jab has alot of pop.

That was a KD, but it really didn't do much except make Clottey get mad at himself for letting it happen. It was a moment of being off balance and having his guard down.

Nice shot from Cotto, but clearly not a devastating KD.
