I think Canelo can take it on the chin he lost to Mayweather officially so he will bounce back.
The biggest concern has to be for the fanboys who have had a collective mental breakdown. especially Shadow who has been getting ragdolled on every single thread of note with his mental gymnastics and delusion.

To be honest Canelo wasn't even remotely close to getting a KO. he was loading up on power punches for sure but Bivol evaded most and ones that hit didn't trouble him. after the halfway point Canelo was clearly out of breath and would struggle to knock out Khan at that point.

 

He lost to a very formidable 175lbs'er in his prime, there can't be any shame in that.
The armchair fans mockery of him is the exact reason fighters and promotional companies cherry pick and stay away from legitimate fights.

 

Canelo has a great chin, i dont think he was that hurt at all. And canelo going to the ropes was a tactic to get Bivol closer for him to counter punch. Bivol knew that which was why Bivol didnt engage him.

That was in response to Billy Joe and Plant who disrespected him. He put them in their place. Against Bivol, he said no such thing. Bivol showed him respect and he gave respect back to Bivol. If you respect Canelo you get respect back. If you come at him sideways, you get what you have comin to you. Billy and Plant found that out the hard way. Plant was so apologetic in the post fight, he knew he Fkd up. Billy's face was broke so he couldn't say nothin.

 

We heard the no excuses line before the Bivol fight. And that’s all we’ve heard since the Bivol fight. Not saying you have made any but the excuses will be there.
