How much did the PPV back in the old days cost

Yeah, it's a shame nobody nowadays can see a fight without ppv ...

 

Tyson fights where £9.95 in the UK if I remember correctly beforw going up to £14.95.
The Bowe v Holyfield & quite a few other fights where free on itv.

 

I always compare it to the minimum wage at the time. If it weren't for the current economic pressure, now it would be cheaper based on wage ratios.

This is before PPV (late '50s) but a ringside seat at a good main-go at the ol' Garden was ten bucks.
