BJ Penn versus Matt Hughes is a pickem fight in my opinion. Matt Hughes has 3 times as many wins in MMA as BJ Penn, with the same number of losses (Hughes is 45-7 while Penn is 15-7).

    Discuss?

BTW, I think Penn wins RNC 3rd round.

Also, if Penn does lose what does his future look like? That would mean 3 losses in a row for Penn. Maybe a fight against a WW prospect? Retirement? I don't know.

A lot of Hughes' wins were back in the old days against who knows. Penn started off against top guys pretty much off the bat.

People are giving Hughes lots of credit for his recent wins, but honestly they weren't against real top guys. I don't know if Hughes can get Penn down and if he can't he's going to eat jabs all night. Penn should win this, although this is one of the few matchups where I'll be pulling for Hughes.

    Subbing Almeida was quite impressive.
