Here's the rate on the Philippines:

Judges usually get P200/ 4 & 6 round fight, P300 on 8 to 10 rounders, and P500 to Philippines title fights.

Referees gets a higher amount. Just add P200 on each amount the judges takes.

In international fights, (regional titles), judges usually get $200, that doesn't include free hotel and lodging, plane tickets (isf the fight wil be held in another country) and if a promoter is very nice, some pocket money.

Have no idea about referees rate, but it usually don't have huge differences.

Of course, world title fights are another matter. The biogger the fight(say the magnitude of DLH-PBF) the bigger the purse.

Yeah I heard about 15000 and 5000 too unless your a judge or a ref for a GBP fight, then I heard you get paid a little more than that if you know what I mean

Sometimes, usually in regional title fights, a promoter will have a word on who will judge a fight especially if the governing body allows it. In world title fights, that differs from country to country but as my friends tell me, they attend conventions and pay mambership fee annually.

In our case, we applied for it. We went to the commision that governs boxing in the philippines. Well, it probably doesn't differ in the US. Guys in nevada go to the NSAC. We have a written exam, an actual evaluation where you have to judge a fight in a boxing card before they grant you a license. You start with 4 rounders and eventually get promoted if you perfrom consistrntly high standard.
