Calzaghe's career has been fascinating to watch. The young banger outhustles the old wily pro, has a few soft defences before almost derailing against Reid. Hand and elbow injuries frustrate the middle part of his reign before some very exciting fights where he had to get off the canvas to win. Then, towards the end of his career, steps in with some top notch opponents, cleaning up the SMW division for the very first time in history. Great achievements. Hard to forget about him as a boxer because he's been sublime/frustrating/infuriating and rewarding to watch over the years.
I'd still like him...depending on HOW he fights I could be a bigger fan or less of one after the Hopkins fight...win or lose Go Joe!
Record's mean nothing to me :good. How much I enjoy watching the fighter and how much I like the man. So being undefeated has no impact on how much I like the fighter. :smoke
still like him..you wudnt be a boxing fan if you wore off fighters because of a loss on their record..be very dissapointed tho atsch
Great question lol.........I think if your one of the band that likes Joe as a Great boxer and Champion,a defeat won't dampen your support, after all he's nearing the end of his career anyway.
I like him this much ][ :yep But I'd make love to him if he beats Hopkins into submission and stops him to end his career.
