Depends on the opponent and the level of value he has shown previous.
    Anywhere from 200$ to 1000%

with a record like that ... I don't think he's expected to win ... talk about a stepping stone.

Yeah 1,000 per would be sufficient

Also depends on the contract they have. A hot prospect like Danny Jacobs makes more for his fights than say a guy who didn't have an extensive amateur background and isn't as well known.

True but Jacobs has a promoter behind him.The regular novice/journeyman doesn't.

That's what I mean. If you have been signed by a decent level promoter and have some backing you'll be making decent money, even early on; but a lot is expected of you and there are clauses in the contract in the event that you lose.

    also depends abotu short notice.
peter buckley comes in on very short notices and has a set fee and travalling exspenses

just becuase they are losing doesnt mean they dont earn money, these journeyman are business men who work in losing to a fighter on short notice or losing to a prospect and beating another journeyman if the main attraction fails to show.

he gets more than a grand, a fight but as edgewood says depends who is the promoter and what deal they have struck so a round by round basis is very common.
last 3 year she was the 10th biggest paid earner

howard clarke is a good example of the same thing. he isnt a loser he just doesnt wion becuase it wouldnt make financial snese....he might win but that means that isnt a soft touch to begin a career with. it wouldnt be good business to win a fight becuase he will recieve more money in 2 fights than winning 1 and not recieving another.

also buckley moves well and has a solid defence

he does get paid more than th eperson he is fighting i am certain
