Don't you ever read these posts? Some of these kids are saying things like their trainer won't let them do shoulder rolls. The fundamentals are the same for everybody, but the way you apply them in the real world of the ring depends on the kind of body you have and that becomes your "style." Some trainers attempt to force everybody in the gym to do things one way. If you have the right kind of body to do things that particular way, then you are alright. But just imagine if you are Joe Frazier and your trainer is trying to force you to box like Muhammad Ali. How far do you think Frazier would have gone in boxing?

$50 a month, and my trainer has trained 5 world champions, once fought Leon Spinks in the amateurs, I get to see and talk to Emanuel Steward, Tommy Hearns, Andy Lee, Craig Lewis, Caveman Lee and others, and they provide the equipment, and I train 5 days a week, six if I'm up for it. Haha gotta love Detroit.

no i dont read every post on here. Why wouldnt a coach let his fighter do a shoulder roll, i agree you would want to steer clear from a trainer like that.

I multiplied by 3 instead of 4... man I'm dumb. Anyway, you spend 48 bucks a MONTH on supplements? That is truly insane. What do you spend it on?
