You have a guy who won the MW title. Made a couple of BS defenses. Then got schooled by B-Hop. Got battered by Martinez. Goes into rehab, and then he comes back talking bout 1.3million is peanuts??? What exactly has he done to deserve more. He's a weak, faded former ex champ who never established himself as a star. So instead of getting 50,000 and 1.3mil, he's now going to get nothing. Maybe he invested the money he already made real well. Who knows. How much should he be offered for the Bute fight then?
In his Prime Pavlik was a very entertaining Beast! He made twice a 3 Million Dollar purse against Jermain Taylor and another 4 Million against BHOP. He is still a big name and with a win over Pavlik, Bute wouldve become a bigger draw (His resume so far is BS!) 1.35 is a joke, they will fight in Canada in front of 20+k People and Millions watching in botch countries!
He was also getting an extra 40% on top of the 1.35mil. He was definitely going to make more than 1.35.
