Can't really add more to my question than to say I really don't know how much it costs.

I read somewhere that Pavlik was going to receive $25,000 from Top Rank for training expenses, for his fight with Cunningham or Bute..not sure which one.

Don King use to charge his Fighters $110 a day in gym fees. Start from there. Add Sparring partners, food . Then the cutman get $2000 if he works or not. The manager get 33% of the net. The trainer get 10% of the gross. The Manager take a backhander for getting his fighter to accept a smaller purse. Don't mind me I am just rambling.

can be anywhere from 50K - 100K.. depends on how long camps are, how many sparring partners and there fees, did they bring trainers with them.... there are many variables

What you find with trainers is the head man might only come in for the last 7/10 days.

I was talking about trainers that come in with the sparring partner... Happens all the time.... a guy will come to spar, but his trainer insists on coming as well.... it gets very expensive

Head man for the elite fighter?

Example... Steward is in camp 4 of the 7 weeks when we have a wlad camp..... for Vitali, Fritz was in for all 6 weeks of this last camp

Stewart is unusual now that he doesn't have many fighters . Most of the US trainers are running around with other fighters. They leave the work to others . I will give you examples. I will finish this later as I am in transit at the moment and have to go.
