Some come out bone dry...and are often said to be caught cold when stopped early...others come out dripping wet and run out of gas in the later rounds. Pre fight dressing room warm up...just enough to get loosened up without draining the tank ?
I would imagine that staying loose/limber is the best way to go about it. Don't get cold and don't get stiff. Light shadowboxing and mittwork!
I always wondered. Difficult to find a balanced spot. I'd risk spending maybe too much and pulling a muscle
tim witherspoon is the biggest example of a fighter in a big fight v bonecrusher smith who came out with no prep and was caught cold. don king laughed all the way to the bank.
You should be finishing your iv at the exact time you're about to walk out. Then, about 1 minute into the first round you **** in you're diapers. Every fighter would be required to wear diapers since iv's are the only way a fighter that's such a *****, with no skill can compete.
