Mayweather 6/6.5 out of 10, SRL 8-8.5..Floyd potshot's well and his timing counts for a solid punch but SRL would damage you landing the same shots eventually, whereas Floyd its a UD job. Just my take on it

Not sure what Trinidad has to do with this but my point is that trying to quantify the difference in punching power is such a lame topic

Appreciably harder. Not sure what the TS is looking for, but there should be no doubt he hit harder, noticeable so.

Leonard is on a different level to Floyd for power. He hits quite hard.

Let me put it to you this way, you don’t want to be hit by either one! Not in the face with an arm full of groceries!

Ray knocked out a bully while he was in school with one punch but was sexually assaulted by an amateur boxing coach when he was 15, while Floyd beatr the crap out of his wife, I think I`d prefer to take my chances with Ray in the street.

Leonard could really bang at WW. I think Floyd was a sharp puncher at 130, but never showed the kind of power SRL did against Green and Price.

Ray also carried his power better at higher weights. Against Kalule, LaLonde and Hearns (rematch) he still packed a respectable punch. Floyd did KO Hatton, but otherwise I don't think he showed much power above 140 lbs.

I watched SRL coming up in the amateurs and while he was an excellent boxer he also had power in either hand, speed and one thing that is often overlooked is Ray had killer instinct.

Floyd was one of the most disciplined, well conditioned, and not afaid to win boxing. Rays power was much more significant that Floyds but Floyd was a more disciplined boxer
