How much have you lost in a week for a fight?

    If you have taken a fight on short notice what is the most you've lost to make weight and how?

    went from 70kg to 64kg and felt really good although felt really ill after the fight...sweatsuit on...uner loads of clothes 500ml of water a day and a strict diet of tuna and not many carbs was probs shitest iv felt in ma life after hte fight tho8hg but felt good before!!!

    Thanks for the feedback, it's just in my last fight I weighed 63kg in the gym then 60 2 days later at the fight, and the tme before that it was 63 to 59 in two days....I'm not sure if this weight is coming off for real or if the scales are wrong.

    I'm using different scales....I tend to sit about 3kg over my fight weight really....it's muscle weight is the problem.

    It's when you feel your power increase in the gym as you get a little more muscle....then you get used to it and taking it off doesn't seem right so draniing a few pounds seems logical....I'm probably getting this all wrong.

    Why would muscle weight ever be a problem? Your weight is changing because of food in your stomach, clothes, water weight, if you've been for a dump, glycogen stores, many many things.
