The only reputed purse I remember seeing for him was $600,000 to fight Jermain Taylor.

I could imagine he is making a fair bit more in the super 6.Froch wasn't known to american fight fans before the Taylor fight, that boosted his profile alot more, which equals more $$$$$$$$$

Can't remember where I heard it, but sure $850,000 rings a bell, doubt that includes his deal with Sky.

250 would seem very low in a fight at this level, by the time training camp, his corner and tax man have been taken care of it's not worth being in the tournament. Unless they did receive that money up front and they get paid based on how far they go.

No, £250,000 is what it says. Apparently he invested it in property.

I remember reading somewhere, probbaly on this forum to be honest, that he was earning in total around a mil per fight in the S6 that could include incentives to join/stay though i have no idea.

i think a better question is why did he not notice for years that his promoter was total **** , he wasnt on any recognised tv channel and he wasnt earn anything like what others around him who are less talented were earning, imo he is a total idiot for not clocking the above earlier and for that reaon deserved to be knocked , as a fighter i rate him bu cant see him ever becoming a household name witha big ppv followin

£250K isn't low at all. That is pretty average for most boxers with his level of exposure.

I think that he could get 400k+ after the Super 6, IF he wins and fights in Britain for a few fights.

if he fought in nottingham at the city ground he could sell 10-15000 tickets as hes big in that part of the world plus the money from sky say another 150k he copuld walk away with around 600-700 k but he has managed his career terribly if he had sense he would have done the above after he had that great fight with pascal on itv that was wen his stock was highest with the british public, its alot lower now as most sport fans dont know or care about the super 6 as its either in krautland or america
