Not really that impressive seeing as he's using a machine and there's barely any movement.

One plate is normally 14lbs or 1 stone.

No way one of those plates weighs just under 6.5KG.

    A plate to me is 20KG, 44lbs.

Those plates looked to big to be 10kg, more likely to be 15 or 20kg by the look of them.

The plates I have are 14lbs, maybe the plates Hatton is using are standard plates used in most gyms. Hattons small so I assumed he wasn't doing as heavy as it looks but then again he was doing 180lbs on the lat pull down machine with ease before the Collazo fight.

Agreed its on a machine but that doesn't change the fact it is impressive. Anyone who has done shrugs knows they can kill. A 5'6, 10 stone man shrugging 100kg minimum is impressive. What is scary is that he clearly isn't fresh and I think those plates could be 15 or 20kg and that makes it 150 to 200kg!!! That becomes ****ING impressive.

Its 10, 15 or 20. I'm quite sure of that.

I got a pic of hatton using the leg press machine with the thing ****ing full to the max of plates.

Its hard to tell if hes doing actual leg presses or using it for the calves as many people do, but its impressive none the less.

    edit:
here are some on the net, its not the exact picture i had, but you can get the idea:

I'm pretty sure those are 20kg plates, and there's 12 of the ****ers, making it 240kg! :yikes

At the very least they're 15's, which still makes it 180kgs, very impressive.
