Most of those fighters didnt have so many annyoyng fanboys talking up their guy as a p4p hope, so hoplessly delusional about their fighters limitations, on inclined to make excuses (He fought **** against Collazo cause he didnt train properly, Cortez was unfair, cry cry cry, bla bla bla). The Hatton express has been the most annoying phenominon in the history fo boxing. Never has a guy got so much hype and rallied so many peoples hopes with a such a padded and manufactured resume before. :deal

 

You're an idiot! No one has been saying any of that **** (well, one person I know of has). Everyone has been saying Floyd was the better fighter, even Ricky.

Everything else is just debate, of course people will talk about the fight, that's what people do but no one is saying the outcome could have been any different.

But, you like all the rest just see whatever you want to see and find excuses to be as obnoxious as possible.

The problem is, there is a group of people here (mostly in my ignore list) who seem to use the search function for Hatton threads so they can jump in with the same inane, ignorant rubbish they have already spouted over 100 times. On top of that, they actually start threads just to slag the guy off! What the **** is that all about?!

The truth is, the Hatton "haters" are much, much more obsessed with Hatton than his fans are.

Why's it fishy? Ricky has his own agenda. He has taken the fights that will bring him to a certain level worl wide and fighting Witter would have just been a waste of a fight.

Ricky has said he will fight Witter when he has done what HE wants to do. Why should he concern himself with what someone else's career before thinking of his own?

I don't think so. Other fighters get **** about their boxing. What Ricky is getting is compley personal. They even bring his family into it and the **** they say about his parents is abhorrent.

As I said, many people on here are just horrible, horrible people. I mean, look at Unitas' post back there. That is one of the most obnoxious and ignorant posts I have ever seen on the internet. How can anyone, whether they love RIcky or hate him, read Unitas' post and not be absolutely disgusted at the piece of ****?

And the truth is Ricky Hatton is one of the WORST fighters in history ever to get the kind of praise and build up he has received.

Ricky has done the right thing for his career, fought the right people at the right time. Why should he concern himself with Witters career if it wouldn't benefit Ricky or his career at the time.

As it is, he is going to fight Witter but when the time is right for him for the fight and that is fair enough.

If Witter was a bigger name with bigger fights under his belt then he would be able to call the shots.
